Product arrived and never was able to power on. I’ve submitted two requests to Victrola for solutions and have yet to hear back. This has been a terrible experience for me thus far.

Won't work out of the box

I received my player this morning and am so disappointed. After rotating the safety screw clockwise, the table turned for about two seconds. After about a half hour of attempting to get it to play a record, the table simply will not turn. I have followed all instructions, and watched several videos- I believe the player is simply defective.

Looks cool but performs poorly.

I was so excited about this purchase as a gift to my husband. I also purchased a few of his favorite albums on vinyl to play upon opening it. However, this record player is too low of quality to play new records. I had no idea it would play so terribly. Old records work ok but anything from the last 10 years will just skip. I will be returning.
