Many questions, misinformation, concern over using the new range oven. I am tired of the many many differing sources of information for your product, yet you NEVER respond. Why do you require my email when you do not use it???

Things I was not told or are not clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked forward to the new range that replaced my old Viking range. There are many advantages, but there are some issues: 1. The website states there is an air fryer rack included in the purchase, but your YouTube videos say it is an added purchase. 2. The full extension glide installation instructions are unclear and cannot be installed. 3. Upon installation, some of the parts require replacement (scratches and a knob that does not light). 4. I was told to NOT USE THE SELF CLEAN oprion as it can screw up the electrinics!!! Is that true? The range is attractive, the varied burners are a great feature, and I look forward to tears of good cooking.

The air frying feature is a game-changer for me, allowing me to enjoy crispy, delicious meals with significantly less oil. It's perfect for healthier cooking without sacrificing flavor.
The 5-burner setup is fantastic! It gives me plenty of space to cook multiple dishes at once, and I love how quickly and evenly the burners heat up. The oven's large capacity is also a huge plus, making it easy to prepare big family meals or bake multiple items at the same time.
I really appreciate the sleek design and stainless steel finish, which adds a modern touch to my kitchen. The controls are super user-friendly, so I can easily switch between different cooking modes without any hassle.

1,000X better than my Bertazzoni range

Oven bakes - even temp all around vs. having to constantly rotate in the Bertazzoni because everything burned. Happy with purchase
