Do Not Buy This Product

Worst item we have ever bought! We haven’t had issues with an appliance like this, ever.
We have had our convection stove since April/May 2024. It is now March 2025. The stovetop doesn’t work for more than 3-4 minutes at a time. It errors out and powers down the entire stovetop for 10 minutes, at which point you can repeat the cycle. Useless - you can’t cook anything unless you want a giant time suck and have extra patience. You can’t successfully make pasta when you can’t keep a boil. It doesn’t matter what you are trying to make, or on what burner, meat, pancakes, pasta, homemade soups, even eggs - it takes so much longer and some things don’t work with the on/off, like pasta. (We do have the correct type of pans, so that is not the problem.)
At their suggestion we changed out the breaker - unnecessarily so as it turns out. No fix. Got some new parts. No fix. We are AGAIN waiting for parts - for months this time. The problem? There are no parts available. Hmmm, due to a mass failure and your parts inventory is depleted??
We have been more than patient. I, as the main cook, am done with this. If they don’t take this stove back and refund our money we’ll go to court. In the meantime we are getting a stove from another manufacturer, one who made our last two stoves which each worked past their expected life span with no service needed.

Fridgedaire Professional Induction range

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has lived up to the expectation I had for it. The induction range has been great. I also bought all new stainless cookware which makes cooking so much better than with my old electric. Everything works with ease and intuition. The knobs feel and look good and the touch sensors for the range have been fine. This thing can boil water in about 3 minutes. I would just make sure you have good quality cookware such as 5-ply stainless that can take the rapid heat transfer without warping. I honestly don’t even use the powerboost function because I think it is overkill. Overall, it has been a significant upgrade to our kitchen.

Super professional grade oven

This induction stovetop and convection/air fryer oven are everything we were hoping to find. Takes some getting used to from a more conventional oven, but well worth the investment.

We have had three gas stoves in the last nine years and each one has had oven failure (won’t preheat) so when the last one did it we said enough with the gas. We went with induction because we have it in our RV and love it.
