The good, bad, & not ugly

We love the capacity of this unit, although we don’t use many of the special features, and it looks great. My sadness is that it has only worked for 3 years. The clock still works, but when it’s set to start the turntable doesn’t go, nor does it heat. Unfortunate that products do not last, and repairs can be such a hit or miss, money paid for a repair that can’t be done, or so expensive it’s not worth it.
