Junk! Very dangerous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would agree that this is total junk. I have had this Frigidaire gallery 3 years and 4 months. The LED display lights started going out at least 1.5 years ago. This recently didn’t just stop working, it started blowing the breaker, which is even worse. Currently shopping for a replacement because this just feels too dangerous to even repair.

Bought this microwave to match the rest of my Frigidaire gallery appliance set when we finished our kitchen build. Have only had it 2 years, and it is throwing sparks inside the microwave at the plate on the side! Leaves burn marks and smokes. Dangerous, and far too pricey to have broken so soon! Hate to not have a matching set, but seriously considering going with a different brand now that I have to buy a new one. Company should back their product and replace due to it breaking so soon!

Sleek, Quiet, Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this microwave - better looking, larger, quieter, just as quick even though it's lower power (1100) than our previous unit. My only complaint is that it lacks a simple way to "keep warm", one of our most used features. Instead, you have to hit power level, "1", start, enter length of time, start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features are fantastic - Steam, Air Fry, Convection, a special heavy-duty pull out rack (think Thanksgiving Turkey sturdy) ... The interface is easy and uncomplicated as to what is needed or wanted.
