[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old microwave suddenly gave out, so we had to purchase a new one. We were pleasantly surprised by how much better this unit works than our older one. The defrost option is spot on and does not over defrost. Love the touch pad, which you barely need to touch. The options are great as well. Looks really nice.
