[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is very sleek looking and easy to operate. Really like the large internal cooking space. The unit fits into our current built in and the cooking space is much larger than our old unit. We liked the ideas of the lock for children although our kids are grown but when our grandkids visit we can turn on.

clunky door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had a couple of weeks so don't know about the longevity. Door button is very clunky. Several other different manufacturers said the door button broke early on. With only a year warranty, I hope this door latch lasts well beyond that. I'm sure the Electrolux/Frigidaire engineers expect it to. Also door is very loud when it closes. Just sounds cheap. I bought online, but if I had seen it in a display I probably would not have bought. It is super quiet when it is running and does a great job of heating. No issues there. Also surprised by the plastic trim piece. Once I got it installed, it looks fine.
