[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works ok, heat faster than my previous MonogrAm. Reheat functions are cumbersome, but I don’t typically use, so don’t care. Most annoying is the button that opens the door, because it is hard to open & you must hit it squarely in the middle. I like the 10- & 30- seconds add button for quick time sets.

Love it with one exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great unit! But, the Sensor Reheat function doesn't work well. Heats my dinner plate way too much. A setting for the end user to choose Low, Medium or High for Sensor Reheat would be nice.

Second one, no regrets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About a year ago, i purchased this microwave and the matching oven - it was soooo much better than my previous, with great space, easy to use features, SILENT MODE, and more. I moved to a new home recently and realized how much I missed this microwave (yes, I know how weird that sounds), and had to buy it again.
I don't love how expensive trim kits are - somehow almost as much as a microwave costs in some instances, but it looks great and works great too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great, but two small things: 1) having to press the loc button before opening every time is annoying. Why is that even necessary? 2) It randomly beeps when has not being used. Don't know why or how to stop it. If you could let us know how to stop it that would be great
