All 3 of our household users are very happy with the quality and functionality of the product. The trim kit needed to have some pieces sawed-off to fit, but all is good now.

Poor quality microwave

This microwave shows to be manufactured in February of 2022. It was installed by the builder of our home. This unit has been in service less than two years. It shuts itself off while cooking, it will randomly turn on. Sometimes when you put something in to heat, it comes on, but doesn’t heat. It will shut off and then give a message to press start. You can restart it and maybe it will finish the cook or maybe it won’t. Of course the one year warranty has expired. Makes me wonder if the builder chose the cheapest option there was to put in this home. Do not recommend this brand.

Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for our previous crappy Decor microwave which thankfully died. Because it is mounted inside a cabinet, the Frigidaire is the exact size of the previous one but far exceeds it in performance, inside brightness and quietness (it is so quiet you'll think its not working). It happily exceeded our expectations.
If you also purchase the trim kit, be aware that it can be challenging based on how your cabinet is built. It attaches by screws from the top and bottom at a 45 degree angle so you should make sure it has something to screw into. I had to add pieces of wood to make it work.
