Disappointed in frigidaire galaxy Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Microwave works well, liked the appearance of my older frigidaire galaxy Microwave better. Have been waiting for the trim kit for over a month now to arrive. Shame can't make the appliances to take the previous trim kits which cost almost as much as the Microwave itself. Have it sitting on counter instead of built in space. Very disappointed

Cooks well and look really nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is great. It looks really nice and works great. It cooks the food fairly evenly and quickly. My only complaint is that we can't get the beeps when the food is done to be quieter, I had to mute it because it was so loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a Frigidaire MW we had for 10 years with this one. We love it, but since it's the suggested replacement we thought it would have the same defrost and popcorn options! We have a lot of unpopped kernels so having to play with that piece. Otherwise, it's awesome!
