Had a microwave issue. I called the team and they were able to schedule someone to come out next day and order part and the work is inprogress. This gives a customer a comfort. Great team!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacement for 2 Whirlpools (same size) that burned out. Much quieter and more features in same footprint, which helped so we could use previous trim kit. Looks great, easy switch wish found this one first!
