[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had another brand catch on fire. So did some research and purchased this brand of built-in microwave oven. First thing we noticed was how quiet this one is compared to our last which sounded like a bi-plane taking off! This is much more solidly built and has great features. Really happy with our choice and purchase. So much so we went out and bought an oven to match!
