Does not heat up well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product to replace one that I I have always bought Frigidaire products, but the inbuilt microwave i bought 3 years ago, did not last. It just stopped heating up. Unfortunately, this is the only one I can afford at this time so I bought a new one. The problem is, you have to set this new one to 3:00 minutes before your food heats up completely. A little disappointed.
