Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works as a microwave should. I do like the 10 second button. The defrost options fo by weight instead of time, which is difficult if it's a small item that just needs 60-90 seconds of defrost time.
Quality is low, the digital screen messed up within weeks of getting it. The button to open the door now sticks and struggles to open the door. This all happened prior to it being a year old.

Great features, questionable longevity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is attractive and has great features. However, be prepared for this to last maybe 2-3 years tops. We're on our 3rd one because I try to get exact replacement to avoid buying the mounting and trim HW again.

Modern appliance with the look and feel that backs it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The built-in microwave I just installed to replace my old one which was 17 years old looks great. Though expensive, I’m very satisfied with it. I hope it will last as long as the old one that I have. I stuck with the same brand and series for this sole reason. Installation was quick and easy; seemed easier that the original one (based on removal since I didn’t install the original one). Aesthetically, looks good. Performance is better in terms of being more quite than my old one.

Loving my upgrades

Easy to use but lacking key features

Unable to tell for sure from the manual whether it has inverter technology for variable heating or whether it uses the old system of intermittent full power, but the sounds make it appear it is the old system. That is a deduction of one star.
The other one-star deduction is for the difficulty of using the variable power feature. Pushing the power level button 7-8 times for low cooking is ridiculous. This machine needs a numerical interface that allows pressing the power level button once and then keying in a level of 1-to-10 or 10-to-100.
