Disappearing LED diodes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Gallery 2.2 cu ft built-in microwave has been a great product save for one thing. The LED panel has begun to fail. First one then a second diode went blank so the numbers no longer are completely legible. I have had both Panasonic and GE microwaves that lasted 15+ years each and I have never had this issue. None of my friends have ever seen this happen to their microwaves either. The unit was purchased during the pandemic in late 2020 and I had to wait four months for delivery. I wonder if this had an issue with quality control.

Microwave with Minor Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was one of the few I could find that would fit in the wall opening from my previous microwave. It works well and looks great with the stainless trim kit I installed. The only problem is that the small panel that you push to open the door has some coating on it that has wrinkled and no longer adheres tightly to the panel. This minor flaw does not effect operation of the microwave but detracts from the beautiful appearance.

Was in our brand new construction home. Only microwave we had ever go out, and go out super quick. A little over a year. We've had microwaves that last several years. Ridiculous. Won't be replacing with this brand.

It fits into the cabinet perfectly so installation was a breeze and it has a lot more interior space than the one we replaced. I also really like programming options that are easy to use.
