[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is wonderful. After being without a microwave for over a month it is hard to explain how much we love this new microwave. It did not take long to figure out how to use it (we hate having to read long instructions in order how to warm up a small dish of leftovers. It was all pretty intuitive.

The black stainless steel trim (which is darker than the picture shows) matches the black glass and black decor of the kitchen appliances

Looks Nice but Doesn't Work the Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The micro wave oven is quite noisy in operation. it sounds like a bearing in the rotating assembly is making the noise. Also the keyboard is unpredictable. Sometimes it turns on when you hit an integer time and sometimes you have to hit the integer time and then hit start. So it doesn't function as the owners manual describes.

Nice but frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my microwave with the incorrect wheel size for my turntable. Electrolux has now sent me 3 parts that are incorrect and bulky. They refuse to take them back. Now I’m forced to throw out.. what a waste
