Worked great until it didn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the microwave and it's easy to use. However, after 1 month it stopped working (would only go for 2-3 seconds and no heating). After waiting 2 weeks a techician came and repaired it - which was great. Hopefully it won't fail again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit was purchased to replace an existing Frigidaire Gallery series that lasted 6 years. New unit was the replacement model, looks good, fit with the existing trim kit. LED light is nice, control panel is good. Operation is quiet. Only concern is the push button to open the door seems a bit flimsy, hope it holds up. Overall, pleased with the unit so far

Replaced my GE Profile

Even having to purchase a new trim kit didn’t sway me away from going with the Frigidaire. The reviews were so much better than the GE and we have a Frigidaire Refrigerator that has performed flawlessly.
