[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing fancy about this microwave. Looks great. Very deep. Despite the slim width, we can fit more in this microwave than meets the eye. I wish the long push buttons didn't need to be pushed so long to make them activate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is more of a low profile it blends right into the cabinets and works just as effectively as any big over the stove kind. There’s no buttons to press you just touch the panel.

Everything was fine until.....I touched the "User Preference" button

I was thinking that I could turn off the beeper 'volume' because I don't need to be reminded that the food is cooked. Oops, that was a mistake, and now I can't get the microwave to stay on longer than a second or two. I have tried a couple of things to no avail. Please tell me how I can get it back to normal........and i promise I won't touch that button again.

2.2 ft. gallery built-in microwave and trim kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is somewhat complicated to operate. Also, it takes longer to heat food on the highest level than my previous oven. The trim kit is very bulky, vents the hot air onto my drawer and cabinets below and sticks out far from the actual microwave. It would be better if it was vented from the bottom front. For the price of the trim kit, it shouldn't be made of plastic. On the more positive side, I do like the large oven space that will hold 9"x13" pan. I also like some of the settings.
