2.2 Cu. Ft. Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2.2 Cu. Ft. Microwave is very spacious. Now I don't have to worry about heating/reheating/cooking things in big containers. Priori to this I had to do multiple cycles to heat/cook things in small containers.

Love the look, but not as good as our previous model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery series, built-in microwave in October 2022 to replace our broken, Frigidaire Professional series, built-in microwave purchased in January 2011. The black stainless steel option on the Gallery series looks very sharp and fits better in our kitchen than the previous model. The installation of the new built-in kit was very easy and an improvement over the 2011 model. The trim kit around the microwave is slightly thicker than our old one, and the solid face with top/bottom vents in lieu of the vents on the face of the trim is very nice improvement. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to cook as well as our previous model. There's a significant amount of un-popped kernels when cooking microwave popcorn. Reheating/warming food seems to take longer than it did in the 2011 model. I'm sure we'll get used to it, but it's disappointing to spend extra on a built-in microwave only have to have sub-par cooking performance when compared to the previous model.

First one lasted less than 3 years and you know the warranty is only 1 year.
