Love the pull out stove rack and under storage

Missed storage on my last professional range, this one has storage and large capacity oven. Burners work well and respond to temperature changes quickly. Would prefer a brushed finish to stove top to hide dirt

Amazing Value and Great Features

Great value range. Really love the commercial look. The knobs, handle, and stove grills all feel premium and heavy duty. The light up knobs are an excellent safety feature. I think the only thing that could have been executed better is the touch screen; its just a bit cumbersome, and you kind of have to lean over to see it fully as the front lip blocks your view a bit. Overall we're very happy with it!

Cooking is fun again

Every time I cook on my stove, I say, "Have I told you how much I love this stove?" Finding a good quality gas stove isn't easy. I wanted self-cleaning (not the steam system they try to pass off as self-clean), an easy to clean cooktop, and a bonus would be air fry.
This one had everything I wanted. The build quality is so much better than my last range: oven racks are heavy-duty, heat is consistent on the stove as well as in the oven. I can turn the stove down to simmer and the pot stays simmering. No fluctuations or boil over. Bread bakes beautifully. I didn't think the six burners on a 30” stove was necessary, but they are well-placed to be usable, even with a large fry pan on one of the front burners. So far, cooktop cleanup has been simple - wipe and dry.
Love, love, love my new stove
