Professional quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our gas oven for about a month. So far, it has been nothing short of great! The stove top burners all function as designed. The only problem is finding a burner that will simmer. We are using a back burner for that purpose and it works well, just a bit hard to reach. The oven is fantastic. My wife bakes bread (really good bread) and is anxious to try the steam bake. This is a really good machine.
The only improvements I would recommend are these: Make the dial control words with more contrast so that they are easier to read, especially on the oven control. Secondly, some "How to..." videos including some "When to..." advice concern the different oven settings. For example, when is it better to use the steam roasting vs. slow roasting?

Nice but wanting some simple features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far no problems. There doesn't seem to be much difference in the convection vs. air fry vs. bake selector. The fan seems to run regardless. Also for a "pro" range it is strange that you can only select the temperature in 25 degree increments. This isn't really precise enough even for a home baker. I'll have to read the manual more closely, maybe there is a setting that can be changed. The oven is very well insulated. Compared to our old one it stays warm for many hours after use. It also pre-heats very fast. Two timers which is nice. Range top is very fast and many burner options to choose from. Very fast light and decent modulation of temperature.

Frigidaire 30" Gas Range Professional Series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Frigidaire 30" Gas range Professional Series to replace a highly touted but severely underperforming Bosch Gas Range. To date this range has been terrific in its operation. The front panel is easy to read, the dials for the gas burner control are especially nice because they stay light when the flame is on, a very nice safety feature. The Oven size is spacious and having 3 racks was a must which this range does. The storage drawer is also very handy to use for storing flat cookie trays. Overall, this is a well-made, well deigned and highly functioning appliance. Would never buy a Bosch range again.

great all around range with many function options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to order a 30" since my last range was a 36" but the appeal of the 6 burners even with the smaller size and the large 6 cubic feet oven that's larger than the oven in the 36" version of this range sold me on this one. I haven't used the griddle yet but it's nice to have the option. I much prefer the separate knobs for oven mode and temperature as opposed to having to push buttons on the digital display and the fact that the oven temperature displays next to the time as opposed to replacing it while using the oven as many ranges do. Note the oven temperature adjusts in 25 degree increments but I don't see that being much of an issue. I wish the bottom storage door was just a little deeper so that I could fit both the griddle and air fry tray when not in use. The three stove top grates fit together a little too snuggly but still sit flush. I've only used the air fry function once and things turned out fine with cooking time accurate for following food package directions. This stove is pretty easy to clean too with all the stainless steel. Would recommend!
