[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and the feel of my new range. The door feels like it was made of high quality and the stove heats up very fast. However, I do find it difficult viewing the the temperature gauge.

It is a very good oven but as far as professional ovens go, it doesn't compare to Viking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very good oven as far as professional ovens go, it does not compare to my last Viking oven. The air fryer rack is too snug, and it drags / scrapes the sides on all track levels It has to be manhandled to insert or remove. Oven temp settings are a little tricky to set at right temp. Preheat will say it is 350 degrees, but it will only read 315 with a oven thermometer. It takes about 10 minutes or longer for it to taper off and reach the desired 350 degrees. I normally set it at 50 degrees higher than the desired temp I want, and after the preheat light goes out, I drop it to desired temp. The fan runs whenever the oven is on, it only goes off when the oven cools down

One of the heating elements cannot stop heating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the brand new range PCFE3080AF delivered today (11/14/2025). However, the warm zone cannot stop heating even after turning the knob to "OFF" forever. Tried more than 4 hours, and still heating with Hot Surface light on (all knobs turned OFF position as shown in the pic.). As it is brand new, I don't like the range being repaired but replaced with another brand NEW one.

the keep-warm knob cannot work. The keep-warm still hot even the knob turned to Off position.
