Love versatility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range has so many cooking options. Conventional, convection, air fry, no preheat. It gives you many more options for the ways you need to prepare different types of foods. And the stove top has 5 burners where most other ranges this size always have 4. Again, more versatility. And the large burner for big pots is truly LARGE. Overall a great upgrade to our kitchen!

One of the heating elements cannot stop heating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the brand new range PCFE3080AF delivered today (11/14/2025). However, the warm zone cannot stop heating even after turning the knob to "OFF" forever. Tried more than 4 hours, and still heating with Hot Surface light on (all knobs turned OFF position as shown in the pic.). As it is brand new, I don't like the range being repaired but replaced with another brand NEW one.

Older is often Better 2007 Pro model versus 2025 Pro model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start I had a 2007 Frigidaire Pro model stove and have done tons of baking and cooking over the years The new Pro model has some good features but also some very big oversights and a few issues with fit and finishes. First the pros. The oven is built better then the lower grade models. Door is solid. The knobs are an upgrades from the lower models and the backlight is nice. The interior of the over is nice and spacious and looks nice. The convection works well. The dual lighting is very nice. The racks and easy glide rack is very nice. Now some no so great things. The stainless steel on the top of the stove is a major scratch issue. Its not coated stainless steel and it scratches babdly with the wide strip of stainless steel near the cooking surface. Cheap thing that should not have been on a pro model like this. That is a major flaw that the old pro models did not have an issue with. The bridge burner is just dumb on a pro model and should be removed. Pro cooks do not use a bridge element. You need to large high wattage burners up front. The bottom drawer is no longer a warning drawer and it very small and very cheap thing steel. It feels cheap as it is. The controls on the stove and the digital display are senseless. The digital panel is flat to the stove so you can even see it when standing over the stove unlike the old pro model where the front display and knobs were on a 45 degree panel. Having to turn a knob for the oven function and turn a knob for the temperature is silly. The old pro models you just pressed the oven function and the temp on the pad. Much easier and straightforward. Design engineer goofed that up. The stove looks nice with the knobs but the digital display does nothing and is to small. I do think this stove is niced and better built then the Kitchen Aid models which I looked at as well. Losing the extented glass edge to overlap the counter was a major minus so then you end up with a gap you need a filler for. I do like my older pro model better. As a mechanial engineer and baker they could have done a bit better with this pro model.
