Sleek and Compact, perfect for those that don’t wa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many things to love about the Philips Baristina! First off, it’s smaller and more compact than other espresso machines on the market, which make it perfect for those who have limited counter space or storage space (if not leaving it out on display). I found it to be much more quiet than other espresso machines on the market, which I can truly appreciate since I have two small children and love to enjoy a cup of coffee before they wake up in the mornings. My espresso comes out perfect and I have no had any grains or anything at the bottom of my cup. I love the simplicity of the design and how easy it is to use. Very easy to set up and is extremely user friendly, even if this is your first espresso machines!

Perfect morning coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving this so far. It’s easy to use. The top holds a good amount of beans. The brew is pretty quick and perfect amount. You can do a normal expresso shot or make it more intense with the press of a button. Easy to clean as well.

Really solid and easy to use machine

It’s a direct competitor to Nespresso and I must say that it brews a really good cup of espresso, all using your own coffee beans which makes it far more cost effective than buying pods every month. The only downside is it feels a bit plastic-y and lightweight, but honestly that doesn’t matter to me with how good it does in making a cup of coffee. My nespresso is gathering dust since getting this :)

A wonderful starter machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment and have limited counter space, so I was delighted by the compact size of this espresso machine. It fits perfect next to my coffee maker and it is very sleek and visually appealing. Ease of use is high up there as a beginner to espresso so this was the perfect machine to dip my toes. It is very intuitive, makes a wonderful espresso, and is very easy to clean / maintain. The price point is moderate—you get a high quality product for price that is realistic on a budget. I would absolutely recommend this to others.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a great way to make barista level coffee at home without the high markup. I love that I can use whatever beans I want, and they are freshly ground on demand. This makes my coffee so fresh, and I like that I can make both espresso and lungo shots. I also like that I have the ability to brew decaf coffee that has been ground already, while keeping my caffeinated beans in the machine. The only things that make it harder to use are the short opening under the espresso spout- you will need a short mug or espresso cup. The drip tray isn’t very useful since the space is so short anyway. The ground espresso “pods” created after brewing can be messy, and sometimes leaks while brewing. However, these are the only minor issues I had using the machine. Overall it does a great job of brewing high quality espresso, and it takes up less space than a traditional machine. Highly recommend!
