[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works just as advertised. WIFI is old technology and does not work with newer wireless systems. We has to get another wireless router in order to use the app. The app is great. We love this. Works great on heat or air.

We did need to roll our wireless network back to 2.4 mhz for it to work but it is so cool though control it in the phone app. Seems to be pretty energy efficient. Would recommend this device to the general public. 👌 👍😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my heat/air window unit in April 24. So far it has performed efficiently. It is doing the job that I wanted done in this 100° weather. My hope is that the unit will perform during the winter as well.

The unit works well. I don't like it in econo mode that the fan has to come on every 5 minutes to check the the temperature. It should be able to see if it needs to run the Compressor without running the fan every 5 minutes.

I bought this about 2 months. I return this because there are couple of problems. Fan is not running, compressor is not running too and doesn't feel cold.
