Unboxing my Worx jigsaw, I was truly impressed. The tool was lightweight, even with the battery pack in. Battery came charged and I tested the variable speed trigger. Very responsive. There are three orbital settings. The base feels solid and is well made. The ergonomic handle felt comfortable. The tool-less blade change mechanism felt solid and the blade locked well. There is an LED light that shines directly on the surface ahead of the blade.
I plan to purchase more Worx tools!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Did not last long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these gloves for only a few months. Bought in Dec but did not use until this spring yard work season. The finger tips are all splitting. I have not been hard on them, just hand protection front thorns etc. Going to try again with the Performance pair, will see how they hold up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Upgraded to cordless. Good move! Jigsaw cuts well, battery holds good amount of charge, shared with 4 others in the worx line I own. Great price in comparison to other brands

Ergonomically a Good Fit

I used to have an older corded jig saw but gave it away. I miss having one for projects around the house so looked at various battery operated jig saws. The Worx was the most ergonomically comfortable for me and I liked the design, weight, and feel of it. Very user friendly. Changing out the blades is very easy as well as cutting adjustments. Of all the brands I looked at, this one checked all my boxes. I have not needed to use it much yet, but I am confident it will do the job and meet my needs.

Purchased August 2021. Used only on weekends and not every weekend. Less than a year and already splitting at the seams.

He loves the convenience of being battery operated! Plus it helps that I have some outside tools that use the same Worx batteries, so we always have a battery available!

Works exactly as it should! Lightweight but powerful . Cut plywood all day long with interchanging batteries. Got the job done .
