A great miter saw with plenty of power

I have a 12" miter saw for big jobs but it's heavy and awkward to use for smaller molding. I saw this knew it would be my go-to tool for most of the miter work I have to do. Perfect size and easy to maneuver. I use numerous Worx tools so I already had the batteries and chargers. This was a no brainer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect tool to get those yard projects or projects on the go. Easy to move around and plenty of power. I had no problem cutting 4x4 post, 2x4s or fence pickets for my wood fence project.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent saw! The 20 volt battery provides plenty of power and RPMs for the 7 1/4in blade. The board catch is a handy feature and I love that the blade tilts. It’s a great saw for home diy projects for novices or those with more experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compound saw is great for small projects. It handles trim and molding very well. I wouldn't use this saw for thicker cuts of wood, as it's best for one-inch material. It will cut through a 2x6, with a bit more effort. I like that the saw is battery-operated as it makes working on location anywhere very convenient. The base is a cast-iron build that seems pretty thin, I'm not sure about the durability just yet but it is very light. The fit and finish are all acceptable quality. I wouldn't say this is a contractor-grade saw but will be great for a hobbyist.
