Excellent saw for trim and molding!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compound saw is great for small projects. It handles trim and molding very well. I wouldn't use this saw for thicker cuts of wood, as it's best for one-inch material. It will cut through a 2x6, with a bit more effort. I like that the saw is battery-operated as it makes working on location anywhere very convenient. The base is a cast-iron build that seems pretty thin, I'm not sure about the durability just yet but it is very light. The fit and finish are all acceptable quality. I wouldn't say this is a contractor-grade saw but will be great for a hobbyist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only had it for a few weeks and used it one time, but plan to use it on carpenter cuts for extended trimming on outside deck boards 3 1/2 inch size. and corner pieces.to extend the.

I have a 12" miter saw for big jobs but it's heavy and awkward to use for smaller molding. I saw this knew it would be my go-to tool for most of the miter work I have to do. Perfect size and easy to maneuver. I use numerous Worx tools so I already had the batteries and chargers. This was a no brainer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace my old corded miter saw while doing a bunch of floor trim installation. I was happy with the battery life and the saw handled the job fine. I like the light feature that casts a shadow line on your material to show where the cut line is as well as the hold down bar to keep material from flipping to the ground. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I kept this in the box too long. This saw worx great! It was easy to use, light to move around, and cut well. For an efficiency minded person, this was just what the doctor ordered.

I have only had this tool for about 2 weeks, and I love it. It is quiet and has plenty of power. It is very easy to transport from one spot to another as it is very lightweight. It will be interesting to see how it holds up after a year's use. Winter month's are project months, so I will be using it a lot.

Most Capable Saw I’ve Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this miter saw to replace one my son, uh, modified, and chose this one because I already had Worx 20V tools/batteries. What a fantastically capable and easy-to-use tool! The slide function allows it to chew through 2x8s with ease, with no lateral slop or twists; exact cuts every time. Putting together a complicated project that requires precise angles, and this thing’s making me look like a Master Carpenter . . . Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 5 different miter saws in my arsenal from 51/2" to 12" this one right out off the box I put a paneling blade on it and cut vinyl Siding d4 all day on one charged battery GREAT LITTLE SAW!!!LOVE IT !! ALL DIY and contractors should have one !!!
