Very easy to brew and tasty. Refreshing. Doesn’t list contents, but tasty nonetheless. I don’t have a Keurig but I open the pod and pour boiling water over it, stir, and pour over ice. Yummy especially on a warm sunny day.

Wasn't sure what to expect but hadn't much luck with prior chilled beverages in the Keurig, but this was really good. I enjoyed it immensely. It was very refreshing with no bitter aftertaste. You may want to swirl it a bit on the last sip or two as the last swallow was stronger than the rest, but still very good.
