I have Smart Delivery subscription of two boxes of DD coffee and I went down to zero pods and smart delivery never triggered a replenishment delivery. I called Keurig support and explained the issue and they immediately sent me two new boxes and adjusted pod count. They also sent me on box of complimentary DD, but the next week I was sent and charged another two boxes even though my pod count was over 60 pods. Currently, I have paused my Smart Delivery and not sure how I will proceed going forward.
