I just bought a Kuerig replacement carafe and because it was the wrong one they sent me the correct one and for my troubles gave me a complementary order of Kurt if refills. Great customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable people handling their calls and issues. I wish more companies trained and hired quality people like Kuerig!!
