What Happened???

Would purchase this all the time because it was great tasting. Finally ordered some after it being sold out and its horrible: the taste is very bitter no matter how much cream, sugar I put in and every cup of coffee I make has coffee grounds in them. At first I thought it was my Keurig so I'd make a cup of coffee using other pods I purchased elsewhere - not an issue. Really disappointed. I doubt I'll buy this again when it runs out. Looking for another brand.
