Bought a month or so ago with stand. Stand was a little confusing for the average person to assemble.
I like the grill for its quality and cook ability. I am, however disappointed in the temperature range. It does a great job with even heat distribution on the plates and is large enough for roasting,etc.. The problem is, however, at the lowest setting it maintains a temperature of 350 degrees. This makes it impossible to use the “low and slow” method of cooking items such as ribs, pulled pork, etc., which is something I so frequently! At this price, I find this to be a problem. I am a 25yr experienced kitchen mgr!
Also, the rotisserie add-on is far too expensive for the limited use it would get!
If it weren’t so cumbersome to prepare for returning for refund, I would probably do so.

Upgraded from a Q1200. There are just two of us but the extra size is very useful. The electric starter is much better than the push button on the 1200. We’ve never had any issues with Weber products. Highly recommend Q2800.

This is not our first Weber grill. Our previous one is still going strong. We needed a grill just a bit bigger, thought we wanted griddle, turns out, we didn't haha. This is perfect! We did get the griddle accessory, just in case.

This grill is perfect for what my family needs to grill with daily. It's pretty big. I have had a Q1200 for about 10 years now that we use for camping and taking to the park, this one is probably pretty close to double the size.
Ive only used the sear feature once. It puts off a ton of smoke, so im not sure if i will use it again.
Overall this is a great grill.
