This is the best gas grill I have ever used. No flare ups. You can reverse sear 750-800 degrees and set it low at 250-300. I cooked a tri-tip in winds of 26 mph and the burners stayed lit.

Great little(big) barbecue and so far works great. My only issue is the side tables? Are very flimsy and dont feel very secure. Hooks to hold accessories are for only select ones. I removed the sides since I don’t feel confident it would hold well.

Am very satisfied with my grill. Not hard to assemble. Seems like it is made with a lot of plastic but have not had problems with that time will tell. Heats up fast pretty even temperature on the grate surface. The only complaint I have is it is not very wind friendly. To many air leaks between the lid and base. The burners blow out or the temperature drops so you have to keep constant watch. This starts happening with 15 mph winds not much for central Texas. Needs some baffles.

This Weber Q2800N+ has all the features of a Weber grill. High manufacturing standards, quality parts, easy cooking and cleanup.
My older Weber Q which I have had for almost 20 years was a bit smaller and had 2 burners whereas this has 3.

I purchased the grill with the portable cart. Unboxing and assembly were simple and all the components were well made and fit perfectly. First time that I ignited it I allowed it to heat at maximum temperature ( 700 degrees)for 30 minutes just to burn off any manufacturing coatings.Since then I have been pleased with how quickly it heats and how well it holds temperature. Highly recommend. It is much better than my previous Spirit grill from Weber.
