I purchased this grill for home and camping. It arrived assembled (which I so appreciate, as the grill I ordered from a competitor required assembly and was unlevel once assembled.) I easily traveled with the grill for vacation, and it performed perfectly. Great burgers, dogs, steak and veggies were served for dinner. I LOVE this grill!!!
If it lights, it does a great job. However, connecting the tank is very tricky, and it sometimes takes two or three minutes to convince the threading to bite. On a couple occasions everything has been connected, and I can hear the starter clicking, but no ignition (yes, there is gas, it's open, etc). I've tried to use it seven times so far, and been successful four times. I like the grill size, portability, design, and all that, but reliability leaves a little to be desired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Est assez léger (et fragile!), ce qui lui permet d'être facile à transporter. À noter qu'à la verticale, le gras coule et fait des dégâts en dessous. La puissance est pas super haute, un peu décevant pour un Weber.
I year ago bought the compact because of size of my trunk the regular size didn’t fit (maybe in few months with a trunk) I like it so much I camp very often then my son had the same issue soo I bought a another compact and both of us are extremely happy like I said in a couple of months going for the regular size traveler
