Having a lot of issues the burners are constantly blocking and gas is only coming out one side. Cleaned it and still has issues heating up fully. I wouldn’t understand if it was old but it’s 2 weeks old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Q2800N+ did a great job searing and grilling steaks. The stand and the removable tables do not meet the expectations I had for a Weber product. I would recommend the grill.
The grill is fast to heat up and easy to clean. Love the new design for the grease catch pan, very easy to use. Assemble instructions of the cart could be a bit clearer as to the front and back of cart. I had to disassemble 3 steps to get it correct.
Very disappointed in Weber as a company. The low frame issue with the grill is well documented on social media and yet Weber makes it very difficult (they do not readily post a number for customer support). The Smoky Joe AI support is a joke. It only took 6 attempts to get the warranty issued.
