I received this amazing grill as a b-day gift and have nothing but pleasure each time I use it. It's been over two decades since have a BBQ grill and didn't realize how much I missed it. Assembly was well documented and it was ready to grill in about 90-minutes. The igniter is super cool, clean up is easy, and storage is a breeze. I've used it about a dozen times and had compliments on the end result. I've grilled beef, pork, shrimp, and vegetables. All were delicious, if I do say so myself! The key is to keep the grill's grates clean. A light coating of non-stick spray before tossing the meet on will prevent sticking and help with cleaning. One of the best birthday presents, ever!

Good , complete bbqing. Does take awhile to heatup before food is placed on grates. When open lid to check, loses heat fast but recovers in minute or so. Have not tried clean up but awkward that I need to use special grill brush to avoid scraping off porcelein enamel. No info in instructions to this issue. Many calls to Weber support to get clarity. Cant keep side attached side tables attached due to Weber cover I use wont fit. Have to remove them to allow cover to fit. Taking awhile to understand the + burner and how to use it when main burner knob is engaged for 2 main burners.Now using a 2800 1/2 griddle. There's no way to limit burners to grate part of cooking surface.when griddle not in use.

This is by far my favorite grill. I love the size and how quickly it heats up. The second burner in the middle works well to distribute the heat. Food cooks quickly and clean up is easy.
