Works really great. Could use a manual for how the burners work with each other and independently. I owned a Baby-Q before, I like the extra food cooking area on the new grill over the Baby-Q cooking area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't work at all

Burner barely lights and sometimes not at all. Have tried many different propane sources. So frustrating to have meat on the grill and not even be able to get over 200°
It ok, I like the size, except for the grill itself to much cheap plastic parts for the price. I would not buy again.

We appreciate your feedback. Your satisfaction is important to us and we are sorry you are disappointed with some of the grill's parts. We use a high-quality, heat-resistant plastic that has been tested for longevity. We expect your grill to last for many years.

Bought this to “up my tailgating game”. Boy did it ever. Great grill, even heat and the quality you’d expect from a Weber. My advice is to give it time to heat up, thick heavy ceramic grates. Cheers!
This is just what I wanted to replace my aging Q1200 with something a little bit bigger. I love the center burner to both heat up the grill quicker, and to provide a low temp option when used alone. I was disappointed that I had to buy the light extra; it was Included with the Q1200. I also wish that the hose to connect to the tank was about 6 - 8 inches longer; that would have made setup easier.
The grill heats up quickly and has plenty of grilling space. Howqever, we don't like how when we grill burgers, flames shoot up, no matter how low we set the flame. It's worse with frozen burgers, but happens with thawed ones, too.
I have owned several Webbers over the years. Mostly charcoal. Still have a big 36 inch. We’re spending a lot of time in a fifth wheel RV these days. So I bought the 2800 for its compact yet high heat capability. It does not disappoint. It sears steaks beautifully. The first time I used it I did not have the regulator in the correct orientation and could not get it to temperature. Once I figured that out, the grill works superbly.
