This is a thinner version than the cover I got for the spirit 2, but it is much easier to put on and take off as a result. This fits perfectly, so perfect that the griddle still looks great with the cover on. When using the griddle the cover folds up nice due to that thinner design. If you have a 30” Webber slate griddle this is a must buy.

Leaks

I bought my Slate griddle and cover last August 2024. It was not used until May 2025. I took the cover off and cleaned the griddle the other day and replaced the cover. To my surprise when I took the cover off after a rain there was water everywhere. The griddle itself is fantastic but the cover not so much. For $100.00 I would have expected more from the cover.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits my 30” Slate like a glove! This is a must if you have the built in thermometer to avoid condensation or worst.
