This is a nice size grill for our household. Easy to use. The materials are nice and everything is smooth. Especially love the pull out tray in the front for easy cleaning of grease pan.
The Weber grill I bought was actually quite easy to assemble. Directions were'nt the best but I figured them out. It's a beautiful unit and the perfect size for my needs. Grill grates are really nice and easy to clean.
This is an amazing little grill ( and I’ve owned many different Weber grills in the past). It is easy to use, grills meats and veggies perfectly with its two burners, and doesn’t take up a lot of space on my apartment sized patio. There is plenty of grilling space for a small family. The drip pan for collecting grease is easily accessible in a drawer on the front of the grill. The cart the Q2800 sits on hides the tank perfectly, so no unsightly bottled propane in view.
I have been grilling for many years and decided to get a smaller grill because there are only of us . This is a whole new experience. My first attempt I stuck chicken to the grill even though I sprayed it with oil. I also bought the half griddle and first time I stuck burgers and a hot dog to the griddle. I have experimented a few times since and found that anything higher than the lowest setting will stick to the grill and griddle. Grilling rolls is a challenge, 1-2 minutes and they are done. I miss the top rack for heating rolls or doing fatty chicken thighs . I’m not sure what I can cook at a high temperature. I’m still learning and experimenting. It’s a whole new experience. Time will tell. The grill heats up very quickly, which is good. Final decision, TBD
