Gets hot

It’s beautiful but the battery gets hot when charging and it doesn’t give my phone a full charge. I have to change the battery pack daily and never get a full phone charge off of it

I wanted to love this. I purchased the design that matches my case, another velvet caviar case and the charging bank doesn't charge my phone. It is a bit older, Samsung S21. I've done all the trouble shooting I could find online and still it does not work.
