Perfect gift for kids

Fun build

He told me that there were a couple points in the instructions that he was confused with, but overall he didn’t have a ton of trouble getting it together. The pieces (like most standard LEGO products) are small and it’s not suitable for young children or anyone prone to sticking random things in their mouth.

Fun little build!

It's interactive, with the spring loaded shooters and retractable landing gear, plus it comes with a few adorable characters to add some interest to imaginative play. Great add to our growing LEGO collection!

He said it wasn't too challenging to put together. It took him maybe 5 hours from start to finish. The directions were perfectly clear, and all the numbered bags made it easy to follow. I would definitely buy him more....andni have since for Chirstmas.

I got this and built it pretty quickly when it released. It was a fun build and I got some wacky mini figures out of it. It’s a great take on a Jedi Star fighter for those who enjoy Star Wars Lego for what it is. If you’re a grandparent thinking of getting this set for a grandchild, maybe make sure they want it first as it is kind of a love note to older Star Wars Lego fans. But overall I highly enjoyed this set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You must have it in your basic collection. Lego is known for having excellent quality items and this set of Jedi Bob's starfighter is no exception. An excellent gift for Christmas, birthdays and more.

A good start

I’m not going to say anything about pricing, because I got this set as a gift. The build experience is slightly repetitive because of the mirrored wings, but that’s to be expected for a ship. The mini figure selection is OK, except for Jedi Bob, who is a legend. It is a very visually striking ship design wise, and is slightly larger than Obi-wan’s starfighter from a few years back. It is, however, downright skeletal underneath, and extremely light. My other problem with it is that it only has front landing gear, which comes across as a bit lazy. However, if you’re willing to spend an hour or two to beef up the bottom and add some landing gear, I think this can easily become a stunning ship. A good start with one great minifigure, just begging for a little modification.
I would recommend this to a friend!
