Great Lego set, but...

This is a great kit and looks good with any of the other Christmas sets, except that Santa in this kit look so small. It is unbelievable that he belongs in the sleigh. Maybe if he was the size of Hagrid from the Harry Potter kits, I would believe that Santa belonged on the sleigh. Santa is just too small but i would buy this kit again as the sleigh and reindeer are perfect.

Angry-face Santa

It's hard to get away from the angry face on the Santa mini figure, but I can understand his disappointment. This sleigh could have been so much better, but it's mostly a big red blob with very little detail or color variation, almost as if the set was slapped together to meet a deadline. It looks okay head-on, but viewed from the side it has the shape and monotony of a bright red sack. The runners on the bottom are just sort of tucked on, and a few gold trim pieces are mounted here and there so it isn't completely flat. I would have liked to have seen some other colors at the least, perhaps more gold edging or green accents, fancier runners certainly, and a more jolly looking Santa face. The overall look is incomplete and obnoxiously red.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Santa Ruins it

Bought this for my autistic son who LOVES Santa and Legos. Should have known that a set this small with 343 pieces meant a lot of super tiny parts, but not a big deal. Also, I kind of expected 8 or 9 reindeer but no problem there either. My only real issue is when we went to give it to our son. He said Santas scary. He won’t touch the set or let us display it. I hope this doesn’t ruin Santa or Legos for him. You guys couldn’t make a happy looking Santa? Thanks.

Santa's Pretzel ??????

Those 4 box like things can be used instead of the removable, decorated saddles if you want!

Only four reindeer?

Since they only give you four deer, which is just unforgivable. They should at least sell more deer individually or something. Rudolph is a commercial story, so there is no need for 9. But a complete 8, with their names, should have been made. I mean, how long will it be before we see something like this again? So annoyed that I am buying a second set... just for the missing deer.

A must for winter village

Great set and a must for a winter village, if you want to be more realist with the set, you will need more reindeers, but not necessary to enjoy the set.

Fun for all ages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never reviewed the Santa Sleigh, but I did get the Lego wicked set. It was a fun time consuming project for my kids. They actually watched the movie while they put it together. It's a neat set and they love all of the little features.
