Greatest Build of All Time

I am an extremely avid builder and collector, with over 150+ sets. I can say with full confidence that in my entire collection, including the Daily Bugle, Batcave, Discover Spaceship and the Avengers tower, this has been my absolute favorite set from beginning to end. I have built a buildable Batman before, this one felt quicker. But the BIKE. THE BIKE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. My favorite build in 24 years, without a doubt.

I have to be honest that I had my doubts about this set. Those doubts were put to rest when I saw the completed model. I received this set as a Christmas present from my wife, who knows that I love LEGO and Batman. The build process for both the figure and the bike were prettyy straight forward. It was neat seeing the bike come together as you advanced through each step. I am very pleased with the overall look of the completed model. The Batman figure looks great. The completed size of the set is bigger than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this set to anyone who is a fan of Batman.

There are over 700 small pieces to keep you busy and helps with concentration and focus. Nice assembly and sturdy packaging for when you need to take a break! Keep small pieces away from younger children of course

Collector’s Piece with Kid-Friendly Fun!

If you’re on the fence, get it. An absolute value by modern standards. Very fun building process with a fun model and serious shelf presence.
The Bat Pod itself is the star of the show, especially if you missed out on the exclusive VIP model years ago. It provides an engaging, asymmetrical build that perfectly balances technic and system parts and culminates in a sturdy, detailed model with only a couple of visible blue pins. It’s truly a piece that would be an impossibly fussy MOC just a few years ago, but is now easy to assemble because of Lego’s modern parts catalogue and detailed building instructions. And those tires! I missed out on the tumblers, so this is my first experience with that part—they are massive!
I know the construction figures have gotten some mixed reviews as a product concept, and I can see where a single figure may leave something to be desired. But paired with a vehicle? This is great! It reminds me of the scout trooper and speeder bike CCBS set.
I think influencers have given these types of sets a bad reputation, pre-judging or passing over non-minifigure sets like they’re the only “standard” form of Lego. The standard here is “fun.” This is fun, this is cool—it’s a GIANT Batman on a motorcycle that can zip down your hallway and shoot things.
Seriously, this is fun for all ages. And the two builds are split into two separate books so you can build with a partner. I can see a parent building that bat pod they never got next to their child making a still-headless Batman kick and punch the air!
