[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this set! The theme is so cool, the red panda is so cute and the Jonney Thunder looking minifigure is so cool! I do wish it came in a bigger set but it's so cool! 10/10

What is that creature?

What I love most about this kit is its' playability. The Mini Figure is quite nice. The Buggy is not too complicated and his equipment is very cool. I wish that there would have been more "What is that creature" habitat included. I know this is a intro set, but you could have picked a better animal: like Hyena or Wolf or Zebra, animals more familiar to my Granddaughters. The second most lovable part of this set is the inclusion of wild life!! In 2017 Lego released several Jungle themed sets, but most lacked the Jungle (Tropical Rain forest) animals that make this set so playable. I have two granddaughters and they love the animals most. The Vehicle was fun for my Granddaughters to assemble. I really think this kit is worth the money. It is my hope that Lego continues to make these Jungle sets as there are so many more Jungle animals to cover (Elephants, Giraffes, Rhinos, just to mention a few.

Lego Adventurers Nostalgia

I picked this set up because I was a big fan of the Adventurer sets as a child. Seeing Johnny Thunder return is super cool, and the map and compass are true to the theme of the original sets. However, I've got to dock one star because Johnny has no gun. I remember that dude packing in just about every set when I was a kid. Guy would bring three guns just to cross a river on a raft. You're going to tell me that Johnny Thunder is going to venture into the wilderness to track a red panda without bringing the heater?

I bought this set for Johnny Thunder, he's been gone for quite some time, and I was excited to see him again. I wish the set was more Adventurers with mythical monsters and the return of Lord Sam Sinister, but the red panda is fun too, I guess. I also liked the map and compass, the map especially for how it referenced the maps in Adventurers sets.
