The inclusion of the pen that tests the water is so wonderful because it brings to the attention of my friends the need to buy your product. It is better than Brita.

The container is fine. I like the size. I have to replace the filters every month because of the fishy smell. That can get pricy so I am looking at other options.

ZeroWater's Ion-exchange resin filters are a reliable and efficient way to get delicious, filtered water. They work by exchanging ions in the water with regenerated ions from the resin beds, which can remove a variety of contaminants from water, including lead, nitrates, sulfates, calcium, magnesium, and other heavy metals. The exchanged ions bind with the contaminants, making them much easier to filter out. Our combination of cation and anion exchange resins can reduce 99.6% of dissolved contaminants in your water. However, when the filter is exhausted no more contaminants can be filtered out and an unpleasant smell and taste may be present. This is a common cause of overuse and can also occur by pouring hot water into the filter or freezing it. Be aware, though, that while the smell is unpleasant, it does not indicate any harm or danger. It is only time to replace your filter. Change your filter once the TDS meter reads 006.

definitely very easy to use and clean. convenient size. sadly I don’t love the taste yet. I keep wondering if I let the water go through the filter one more time if it will taste better… Hopeful.

People usually say that distilled water can taste flat whereas the 5-stage filtered water by ZeroWater is described as crisp and refreshing. If there continues to be off taste that you are sure isn't quite right certainly please contact us directly and we will send you a replacement filter. customerservice@zerowater.com or 1-800-503-2939

Overall very happy with filter. My one complaint is that it takes a long time to refill it and that can be cumbersome.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

This amazing water filtration system is the reason I now drink plenty of water in the day. I've also gotten friends and family to get their own Zero Water Systems. I've got one at each of my homes and at my office. The latest one, the 32 Cup, has a sliding door on the lid which makes filling the top tank much easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Taste the difference of your water when you use the zero filter. Wish I would have gotten the larger 52 cup hard for a family of 5 constantly filling up. Better spout than the older model. Maybe a larger reservoir on top for refilling for next model??
I would recommend this to a friend!
