We love our 32 cup ZeroWater dispenser. We had a pitcher before this but found we were constantly refilling it. The 32 cup does take up more counter space, but it is easy to move if we need to, and has not been a problem for us. Very refreshing to look at, too!

Spot leaks at O-ring making it unusable

Just bought the 32 cup dispenser and the O-ring in the spigot leaks enough to make it unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve purchased zero water for years now. Over a dozen pitchers and in every home of mine. The filters when the company used to be top-notch. Now they don’t last as long and are usually faulty. It’s sad- because I’ve turned so many people onto this company. No longer will do, now that they’re over produced and quality is bottoming out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are many factors that go into filter life, changes in TDS readings being one of those factors. The quality of tap water can change, thus effecting filter life. We recommend using the included TDS meter to test your tap water often. You can use the chart at https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0311/5499/5336/files/tds-chart.jpg?v=1601429855 to determine filter life based on those readings. Another factor, is rate of consumption. We go through filters faster in our household during the hot summer months. The filters themselves remain unchanged, using the same 5 tages that have been used in the filters for many years.
