Would have given 5 stars buuuut after a week or so of use it slowed way down in how fast it filters I think for air bubbles in the filter but I'm not sure. Filters fine when held up out of the water. Overall a decent product cause it does work.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

Absolutely terrific improvement. Had the older push button version, but found it difficult especially given arthritic issues. Also found the older one to be a little unstable, but this new dispenser is stable and easy to use. So, so happy to have made the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this, and so for the most part, but this thing is HUGE and takes up a good chunk of my fridge, which isn’t small. I do like they my kids can now refill their own bottles without a mess and that the water tastes cleaner. The measuring tool is really nice to have because the visual of everything it cleans out of my water nice nice. With that, this takes forever to filter. I used a pitcher to dump water in slowly and it took almost ten minutes to fill the thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ZeroWater 32 cup Ready read 5 stage water filtration dispenser is the most convenient water filtration system ive ever used and the only one that gives me complete confidence in the quality of the water and when i need to change the filter. It also holds so much water that im not constantly having to refill it. I started drinking only filtered water several years ago so i have a lot of experience with pitchers...they work great but they dont hold that much and its a quessing game about when to change the filter. this zero water dispenser actually comes with an integrated tds meter that instantly lets you check the water quality in this dispenser and any other pitchers you have..or in your tap water. It actually tells you the reading at which you need to change the filter...i LOVE this feature! The other thing i love about it is that it holds 32 cups and that it dispenses with a spigot. its solved a big problem for me. I have a study/office in my house and have everything i need for making coffee and tea but had to keep refilling my water pitchers. i put the Zero water dispenser in my mini kitchen area and ive got all the water i need now....and can easily even fill my on the go water bottles. The spigot dispenser is a huge upgrade for me. It was so easy to set up...the filter comes pre soaked so its ready to use immediately...no time consuming soaking and emptying. This design is so slim it barely takes up any room. The top slides open to let you pour in the water . This is a great product and im so glad to have discovered it!

I'm loving my water filter! water tastes great and I'm happy to have peace of mind. I live in Chicago and was worried about lead. Overall I like this dispenser, I just have a few improvements to suggest for future models. 1) I wish the water spigot stuck out further so that it would hang over the edge of my refrigerator shelf. 2) the cherry on top would be if this dispenser was dishwasher safe. I have yet to wash mine, but since the walls are not perfectly straight up and down (I realize this is to make it easier to carry when it's full) it will be a bit hard to wash. 4) I wish the subscription came one filter at a time or allowed me to choose less frequent deliveries. My friend has one and she has yet to change the filter (still reading 0.0). Lastly, I don't mind, but others should know that it does take a long time to fill/filter. This is just the price we pay for good filtration.

We upgraded from the pitcher to the 32-cup dispenser in anticipation of our first child and it was a smart move! So much easier to fill my water bottle over and over and grab water for bottles, etc. Takes up minimal space on the counter, too!

NICE! Seems more compact than the older large capacity dispenser we have. So far very clean and takes up a little less space. Haven't been able to see how the instant read TD meter works on this one yet,
