Would be great if it worked

This this was amazing till it stops draining from the res to the tank. Squeezing the filter has 0 effects. New filter does the same thing. Very disappointing when I spent the money on this then new filters for it to not work. I don’t understand

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Great tasting clean water

I purchased the 32 cup ZeroWater, and wish I knew about it long before. Between 2020 and end of 2023, I went through 4 water distillers, due to at beginning of Covid distilled water was scarce. After much frustration with the quality of distillers, I switched to a counter top reverse water osmosis system. I liked the fact that it was quiet and did not steam up my home, but I needed to remove the water tank every time to refill, and only two-thirds of the water was good for drinking/cooking. The carafe held just 40 ounces which did not supply enough for my needs without constantly having to remove the tank. I decided to search for something to supplement and came across this system. What a life changer, it supplies enough water and is easy to refill, the water is crystal clear like water from a spring and taste great. I am consuming more water during the day, I no longer drink water at the gym after testing the water quality, and best of all the quality is the same as the water from my reverse osmosis system. I have been using this system only. I did experience an issue with leakage from the spout and called to get a new spout, but the company went beyond my expectation. I am forever grateful and intend on being a life long customer.

Great product

The product works as advertised. The quality of construction on this unit is much nicer than most filter pitchers. Everything feels nice and solid. The placement of the TDS tester could be closer to the pitcher to prevent it from being wobbly when using it but that is not a deal breaker. The quality of the water that comes out is very good and is comparable to the purified bottled water sold in stores. Many water filters do not even get close to the performance of this filter. The filter may not last as long as others but it is the best filter you can buy because it actually does the filtering. Other filters are tiny in comparison and have very little filter media that does almost nothing for water quality.

Purest Water Ever

I have owned several water filters and this one tops them all. When I tell you it's better than bottled water it's the truth. It's probable feature is perfect for outdoor activities with my kids. It's small enough to fit on a kitchen counter and not affect the aesthetics of your decor. "Water" you waiting for, get yours today!

Space saving and great new design!

I love the new design of the 32 cup dispenser! The sliding top is sleek and much easier than the older model. The new design also saves space so makes it easier for my counter or my fridge (I've done both)
