I love the water BUT there's no STAND FOR IT ‼️ IAM A DISABLED WOMAN AND ITS GETTING REAL PAINFUL BY MOVING IT FROM ITS PLACE EVERY TIME I WANT A GLASS OF WATER ! AND WHERE I HAVE IT SETUP SO THAT IT DOESN'T FALL OVER THE COUNTERTOP I KEEP IT PUSHED BACK AND NOT HANGING OVER !? ITS A BUMMER

Not working

I bought the 32 cup and the water does not go thru the filter unless I raise the top where water filter is. Unknown why, filters are new.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

Poor Quality

The Ppm measuring stick just didn't work. I put it in water it just read 0. Tried again & again. I tried everything including drying it off, turning it off and off again and waited for a little while. The pitcher fills incredibly slow once the water line reaches the filter it seems to not fill anymore. The product has bad quality and I will be returning it tomorrow. Don't waste your time!

Good taste, but won't fill

We have poor water quality and go through a lot of filtered water, so purchased this large size container. Might has well have got a small pitcher because the filtration is incredibly slow, and then at a certain water height the filtration just stops and water sits in the filter trough. We've never been able to get the container past half full, so what is the point of having a large capacity container. Did all the trouble shooting--took the filter out multiple times, checked the threading, checked the rubber gasket, tapped it, etc. Made absolutely no difference. Also even with this limited capacity, our initial filter lasted 4 weeks, which seems short to me. Then water reading shot up to 251 all the sudden. Expensive to buy one monthly, and then to struggle with multiple little fill-ups per day. I can't recommend it.

What A Great Idea!

This dispenser is my favorite mainly because of the on-off nozzle. I never liked the nozzles that had to be pressed in very hard due to arthritis in my fingers. This new one is the best one yet. I only wish I could replace all the nozzles in my other dispensers with this new one.

Serious lacking in quality control

I had a zero water pitcher for years until I accidentally dropped it and broke it. I recently bought this new pitcher. It arrived with a leak in the tank. So I exchanged it for a second one, whose tank cracked within 2 weeks of use. I didn’t do anything except fill it with water. What happened to the product quality?
